These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website kannammastories.com and all related services, including the purchase of personalized children's products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order or create an account.
- By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
- Our products are designed for children, but all purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products & Services
We offer the following personalized products:
- Custom Coloring Books — Personalized with your child's name (digital + printed options)
- Personalized Story Books — Custom stories featuring your child as the hero
- Audio + Coloring Book Bundles — Combined audio narration with coloring activities
- Custom Animated Story Videos — Personalized animated videos for your child
- Subscription Boxes — Monthly coloring and story packs delivered to your door
- Free Downloads — Sample coloring pages and story excerpts
Product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp (+91-8341128359).
- Each order is assigned a unique Order ID in the format KS-{timestamp}. Please save your Order ID for all communications.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, if the order violates our Terms, or if the product is unavailable.
- Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be modified. Please double-check all customization details before confirming.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in the currency appropriate to your region (INR, USD, GBP, EUR). Currency is auto-detected based on your location but can be changed manually.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is applicable for orders within India.
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- We accept payments via Cashfree (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) for Indian orders and PayPal for international orders. See our Payments page for full details.
- Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once production has begun.
5. Delivery
- Digital Products: Delivered within 5–7 business days via email/WhatsApp. Rush delivery (48 hours) available at an additional charge.
- Printed Products: Shipped within 7–10 business days within India. International shipping takes 14–21 business days.
- Subscription Boxes: Dispatched between the 1st–5th of each month for active subscribers.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
- We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We offer free revisions for all products.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your digital product. For rush orders, the revision window is 24 hours.
- Revisions cover corrections to personalization details (spelling errors, wrong name/age) and reasonable design adjustments.
- Major scope changes (e.g., changing the entire theme or story) after production has started may incur additional charges.
- Printed products: If you receive a damaged or defective printed copy, contact us within 48 hours for a free reprint. See our Returns & Exchange Policy.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Since all our products are custom-made and personalized, our refund policy is specific to the type and stage of the order. Please see our detailed Cancellation Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
- Orders cancelled before production starts: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
- Orders cancelled after production starts: No refund (product is custom-made).
- We will always try to work with you through our revision process before a refund is considered.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website — including designs, illustrations, text, logos, animations, and software — is the intellectual property of Kannamma Stories and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Your Products: Once delivered and fully paid for, you own the right to use your personalized products for personal, non-commercial use (printing, sharing with family, displaying at home).
- Commercial Use: Using our products for commercial purposes (YouTube monetization, social media monetization, resale, redistribution, or any revenue-generating activity) requires prior written permission from Kannamma Stories. Contact us for commercial licensing.
- Photos & Content You Provide: You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for order fulfillment.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content or product designs without written permission.
9. Subscriptions
- We offer three subscription tiers: Little Explorer, Story Time, and Ultimate Creator — billed monthly or annually.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91-8341128359) or emailing kannamma.stories@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. You continue to receive the current month's deliverables.
- No partial-month refunds are provided for cancellations mid-cycle.
- Annual subscribers who cancel receive the remaining months of their commitment period but are not billed further.
- We may modify subscription pricing or contents with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers are locked in at their current rate until renewal.
10. User Accounts
- You may create an account to track orders, save preferences, and manage subscriptions.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our products without written permission.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our website without permission.
- Submit false or misleading information in orders or account creation.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Kannamma Stories provides products and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted website access or error-free products.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party courier services.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
