At Kannamma Stories, all products are custom-made and personalized for your child. Because of this, our cancellation policy varies based on the product type and production stage. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cancellation scenarios.

Note: Because every product is personalized and made to order, cancellation is only possible before production begins. Rush orders (24-hour delivery) enter production immediately upon confirmation, so they cannot be cancelled once placed.

Animated videos are custom-made for your child. Once production has begun, the order is non-refundable, but we offer free revisions to make sure you are happy with the final result.

Damaged or defective printed items: If a printed product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free reprint or redo at no cost. See our Returns & Exchange Policy.
