1. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered via email and/or WhatsApp — no physical shipping is involved.

- Digital products are sent as high-quality PDF, MP3, or MP4 files.
- You will receive a notification via WhatsApp and email once your product is ready.
- Downloads are available for 90 days from your account dashboard. After that, contact us for re-delivery.
- Rush delivery is available at an additional charge (shown at checkout).
2. Printed Product Shipping — India

- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 (standard shipping within India).
- Shipping timeline begins after production is complete, not from the date of order placement.
- Metro cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad.
- Remote/rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.
- We ship via trusted courier partners including India Post, Delhivery, and DTDC.
3. International Shipping

- International shipping is handled via India Post International and DHL (for express).
- Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We declare accurate product values on customs forms (personalized children's books).
- Tracking is available for all international shipments.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your printed product ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email.
- Track your order through the courier partner's website or by messaging us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
- Digital products: You will receive a delivery notification when your file is ready for download.
- For subscription boxes, tracking is sent on the dispatch date (1st–5th of each month).
5. Subscription Box Shipping
- Subscription boxes are dispatched between the 1st and 5th of each month.
- Domestic (India): Delivery within 5–7 business days of dispatch.
- International: Delivery within 14–21 business days of dispatch.
- Shipping is free for all subscription boxes (domestic and international).
- If your subscription box hasn't arrived by the 20th of the month (domestic) or the 30th (international), contact us immediately.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If all delivery attempts fail (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the package is returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of order.
- For apartment/gated community deliveries, please include any gate codes or delivery instructions in the order notes.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 15+ days), we will reship your order at no additional cost.
- If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for the resolution process.
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening. This helps us file claims with the courier partner.
- Report delivery issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- High-demand periods (festivals like Diwali, Christmas, New Year).
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or force majeure events.
- Courier service disruptions or strikes.
- Customs clearance delays for international orders.
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses.
We will proactively notify you via WhatsApp if we anticipate any delays and provide updated timelines.
9. Packaging
- All printed products are packaged in sturdy, eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Books are wrapped in protective covers and placed in rigid mailers.
- Subscription boxes come in our signature purple branded box with tissue paper wrapping.
- Gift wrapping is available at an additional charge (₹49 / $2).
